Our spacious and beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo (Unit 1E) is ideally located just 200 meters from Playa Punta Popy, one of Las Terrenas’ most beautiful beaches — less than a 2-minute walk away!
Perfect for beach lovers, this is the ideal spot to relax, take long seaside walks, or swim in the calm, crystal-clear waters. You’ll also be within easy reach of vibrant bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.
The Space
Welcome to your personal oasis — a serene and comfortable retreat designed to help you unwind, recharge, and fully enjoy your stay.
Our condo is located on the second floor of a secure, gated 3-level complex offering 24-hour security with night watchmen. It’s the first building on your left after passing the Pavilion.
You’ll find a lockbox outside the door (access code provided on check-in day).
Step onto a large covered terrace overlooking tropical gardens and the pool — perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Inside, you’ll find:
- 2 large bedrooms, each with a Queen-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, safe, ample storage, and a private bathroom
- A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooktop, and all the utensils needed to prepare home-cooked meals
- A dining area and an outdoor dining space on the terrace
- A cozy living room with smart TV and free Wi-Fi
- Private, secure parking is included — with separate areas for cars, ATVs, motorcycles, and bicycles.
Housekeeping & Laundry
Daily housekeeping and laundry services are available for an additional fee. (For security reasons, guests cannot use the building’s shared machines directly.)
A washing machine is available in the unit if you prefer to do your own laundry — please bring your own supplies.
Our gardener maintains the lush grounds, and a pool attendant ensures the water is always clean and safe.
The property also features video surveillance for your peace of mind, as well as private monitoring at the condo’s entrance.
Electricity
Electricity is not included in the rental rate. A smart meter allows you to track your usage upon arrival and departure. The cost is 15 pesos per kWh, payable at checkout.
Electricity in Las Terrenas is costly, so please use A/C and appliances responsibly — turn them off when not in use or when leaving the condo.
Water
Tap water in the Dominican Republic is not drinkable.
A water cooler is provided, and additional large water bottles can be purchased onsite for 100 pesos (ask Mackie, the gardener).
House Rules
- Although we love animals, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in our apartment.
- No smoking inside (smoking is permitted on the terrace).
- No parties or loud gatherings allowed.

12:30 pm – 3:30 pm (Siesta)
11:00 pm – 8:00 am (Nighttime)
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation by Security.
